She didn't cry, but was less than thrilled about the possibility of another BROTHER! But, I reassured her that she will be my princess forever and ever! More girls nights out, more fingernail painting, shopping, and taking care of our new baby brother!
She will be the BIGGEST helper when this baby arrives in February! This whole baby experience will be different than the last 4 because my other children are more grown up. When we had John, our OLDEST, I repeat OLDEST of 4 children had just turned 5. Faith was only 3, Clark was ONE. So, this will be different all together!
We are thrilled that the baby is doing well, and now are planning for our trip this FRIDAY to Orlando with Mimi and Papa. More on that later!

How EXCITING!!!! What a blessing every baby is. Seeing how beautiful all your kids are, you knew you couldn't go wrong with either another boy or girl! And Faith will always be a little extra special. You are blessed to be the parents of sons AND a daughter! I just love your family!

Congratulations!!! Boys are WONDERFUL!!! Grace took a couple of days to warm up to the "another brother" news - but thank heavens for that fun ultrasound to help prepare her! After a few weeks, she never mentioned "the girl kind of baby" wish anymore.
I am so happy for you - this is such a wonderful miracle!

Vanessa, how exciting! Congratulations on another boy! I still remember being in primary and one of your sons knew all the answers to the scripture story that was being shared. I was so impressed how well you taught your sons. Heavenly Father knows what a good teacher you are to them, he's sending you another one!
